Then, press the silicone firmly onto the surface of the aluminum alloy for 5 seconds. The positioning time is about 30 seconds, and it will fully cure in 30 minutes, achieving the goal of tearing apart the silicone without delamination.
2. Silicone adhesive metal glue slow drying type:
Remove dirt, oil stains, release agents, etc. from the surface of silicone and aluminum alloy, then apply H-G700 silicone adhesive to the surface of aluminum alloy or silicone, scrape the adhesive evenly with film, and attach the silicone to the surface of aluminum alloy. If there is tension on the surface of silicone, it can be fixed by pressing with a heavy object. The drying time is 30 minutes, and complete curing takes 24 hours. Slow drying silicone adhesive has high bonding strength, the adhesive layer is transparent, and the soft elastic material can withstand impact;
Reasons for poor adhesion of silicone adhesive to metal glue:
1. The substrate has not been cleaned thoroughly;
2. Too much glue is applied, resulting in bubbles;
3. Whether the glue is completely cured, especially in winter, the curing time should exceed 24 hours;
4. Check if the humidity of the glue application environment is greater than 75%, as exceeding this limit can cause poor bonding effect; Reminder: Silicone metal adhesive contains flammable organic solvents and should be operated in a well ventilated and away from sources of fire.
