Testing has shown that the 1307 has a service life of up to 30 years. The purpose of salt spray testing is to assess the quality of milk salt spray corrosion of products or metal materials, and the determination of salt spray testing is the judgment of product quality. A 72 hour salt spray test is equivalent to a 30-year warranty at room temperature.
Instructions for using DM1307 adhesive
1. The joint surface should be clean and free of any contaminants such as dirt, oil stains, lubricants, and any products previously applied. We recommend using DM for surface cleaning of glass and plastic ® 9195 cleaner, for metals, DM should be used ® 9190 cleaning agent.
If mechanical pretreatment such as grinding, sanding, sandblasting, etc. can be carried out, it will greatly optimize the adhesion surface.
3. These adhesives are generally delivered in simple double tube shells and can be applied manually or with pneumatic hand-held spray guns.
