RTV silicone rubber, also known as room temperature vulcanized (cured) silicone rubber, is divided into single-component RTV silicone admixtures and two-component RTV silicone rubber.

3. Curing: Place the bonded or sealed parts in the air for natural curing. The curing process is a deep-curing process from the surface to the interior. The curing time of single-component electronic silicone adhesive is generally between 24 to 72 hours, depending mainly on factors such as temperature, thickness of the adhesive, and humidity. The lower the temperature, the thicker the adhesive, the longer the curing time, and tests for related electrical and physical performance should be conducted after the adhesive has completely cured.
4. Storage: If the opened (cut open) electronic silicone adhesive is not used up, seal the nozzle tightly for future use. Use the electronic silicone adhesive within its shelf life, using the adhesive produced earlier before the one produced more recently, in an orderly manner within the shelf life range.
