DM-8658 is a single component UV curable adhesive, which has the characteristics of high adhesive strength, good flexibility, excellent weather resistance, and shock resistance after curing. Especially suitable for applications in electronic components and FPC connectors, it mainly plays a role in coating, sealing, moisture-proof, waterproof, insulation, and seismic resistance.

The gluing area must be cleaned of oil stains with plasma before gluing can be applied.

It is necessary to use a UV lamp with a wavelength of 395nm for irradiation to confirm that the UV light can penetrate the bonding area.

The curing speed depends on the intensity of ultraviolet radiation, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, and the required curing time.

Do not move the bonded material back and forth when exposed to ultraviolet radiation, otherwise it may cause the bonding layer to turn white and the bonding strength to decrease.

After use, the lid must be immediately closed. Black rubber hoses must be used for gluing.
Storage conditions
The product is packaged in 55ml, 250ml, 300ml, and 900ml black or amber needle tubes, sealed and stored in a dry and dark place. No glue should be poured back into the packaging to avoid contaminating unused glue. The shelf life is 12 months at 8-28 ℃.
