2、 Instructions for using PE metal adhesive:
1: Surface treatment: Clean the surface cleaner of the material that needs to be bonded.
2: Glue application: Use a brush to apply glue to the surface of the material to be bonded. Both sides must be coated with glue, and after applying the glue, it should be compacted and bonded together after 3-8 minutes (the glue surface should not touch hands). Be sure to flatten the bonding surface and eliminate any air bubbles between the bonding surfaces.
3: If conditions permit, heat (50-60 degrees) for 2-3 minutes after applying the adhesive before compacting and bonding.
4: High strength can be achieved after being left at room temperature for 24 hours, and the highest strength can be reached after 72 hours.
