Detachable Blue Adhesive 6606 UV Curing Environmentally Friendly Sealing Adhesive
DM-6606 is a single component, solvent-free, low viscosity UV curable environmentally friendly sealant. This product can be cured under ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 200-400nm, and has the characteristics of non-toxic, non-volatile, short curing time, excellent moisture resistance, and repairability. Mainly developed for 3C frame sealing and protection of LCM circuits and electrodes, it can peel off the substrate without the need for force, has good film-forming properties, and the cured adhesive layer has excellent elasticity and toughness. It has a wide range of applications and can also be used as a UV sealing gasket
Characteristics of peelable blue adhesive products
1. Excellent weather resistance
2. Improve the load-bearing and seismic performance of the bonding surface
Product application: Temporary protection, sealing

Instructions for using peelable blue adhesive
The adhesive application area must be cleaned of oil stains and thoroughly cleaned, and the adhesive can only be applied after the surface is fully dry.
1. After applying glue, the adhesive material should be adhered together, and the bubbles should be squeezed out with force to ensure that the glue flows smoothly and is fixed in place.
2. It is necessary to use a 365nm ultraviolet lamp for irradiation to confirm that the ultraviolet rays can penetrate the bonding area.
3. The curing speed depends on the intensity of ultraviolet radiation, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, and the required curing time.
4. Do not move the adhesive material back and forth when exposed to ultraviolet radiation, otherwise it may cause the adhesive layer to turn white and the adhesive strength to decrease.
After use, the lid must be immediately closed. Black rubber hose must be used for adhesive application.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry and dark place. The shelf life is 12 months at 8-28 ℃
