1. The joint surface must be clean and free of any contaminants such as dirt, oil stains, lubricants, and any products previously applied. Before joining, lightly scratching the surface can achieve better results. We recommend using DM for surface cleaning of glass and plastic ® 9195 cleaner, for metals, DM should be used ® 9190 cleaning agent.
If mechanical pretreatment such as grinding, sanding, sandblasting, etc. can be carried out, it will greatly optimize the adhesion surface. Elastic bonding requires a freshly cut surface to ensure perfect bonding. The talcum powder on the bonding surface should also be removed.
3. A small amount of adhesive should be applied drop by drop onto a surface directly from the original container or through another adhesive application device such as a nozzle or sprayer. Excessive use of adhesives should be avoided. Immediately assemble the parts and apply slight contact pressure. Until the initial fixation is completed. Ensure proper alignment of parts. Do not move parts before obtaining initial fixation.
