Typical curing characteristics
In general, moisture on the surface of the material can trigger the curing reaction of this product. Although this product can fully reach its application strength in a relatively short period of time, it needs to be cured for at least 24 hours to have complete chemical/solvent resistance
The relationship between curing speed and substrate of instant adhesive strong fast drying adhesive DM7023
The relationship between curing speed and substrate curing speed depends on the substrate being bonded. The table below shows the fixing time of different substrates at 22 ℃/50% RH The time required for the shear strength of the sample to reach 0.1N/mm2
base material | Fixed time | unit |
Wood (pine tree) | 20~30 | s |
paper | 5~10 | s |
leather | 15~20 | s |
mild steel | 300~450 | s |
aluminium | 10~15 | s |
galvanizing | 30~50 | s |
ABS | 5~10 | s |
Nitrile rubber | 5~10 | s |
PVC | 5~10 | s |
polycarbonate | 10~20 | s |
phenolic resin | 30~45 | s |
The relationship between curing speed and bonding gap
The curing speed depends on the bonding gap. Thin gaps can lead to faster curing speed, while increasing gaps can slow down the curing speed.
The relationship between curing speed and humidity of instant adhesive strong fast drying adhesive DM7023
The curing rate depends on the relative humidity of the environment. The best effect is achieved when the working environment is at 22 ° C and the relative humidity is between 40% and 60%. The lower the humidity, the slower the curing speed. Higher humidity can accelerate curing, but may damage the final strength of the bond
The relationship between curing speed and activator
When the curing speed is too long due to a large gap, applying an activator on the surface can increase the curing speed, but this will reduce the ultimate strength of the adhesive. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct experiments to confirm its effect.

Instant adhesive strong quick drying adhesive DM7023 precautions
This product should not be used in pure oxygen and/or oxygen rich environments, and cannot be used as a sealing material for chlorine gas or other strongly oxidizing substances. The product can irritate the eyes and skin, causing skin sensitization. Containing cyanoacrylate substances, if in contact with eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes and seek medical help. Contact with skin, rinse with plenty of soapy water. Excessive or repeated contact with the skin can cause skin irritation and lead to skin allergies. If skin allergy symptoms occur, stop contact with this product and seek medical help. Avoid skin contact and use the provided adhesive nozzle.
Usage Guide
1.To achieve the best bonding performance, the surface of the material being bonded should be clean and free of grease.
2.The initial curing time is short, with almost no opportunity for adjustment.
3.Adhesive components should be kept fixed or tightened until the adhesive reaches the initial curing strength.
Storage conditions
The ideal storage conditions for this product are in a cool, dry, and sealed packaging within a temperature range of 2-8 ℃. To avoid contaminating unused glue, do not pour any glue back into the original packaging. Sealed and stored in the original packaging, away from direct sunlight
