instructions
1 . A. Mix component B in a 1:1 ratio, manually or mechanically stir evenly in a clean container, and then use it after defoaming under vacuum. It is recommended that customers use a vacuum centrifugal defoamer for mixing.
2. Before gluing, please heat and dehumidify the substrate to prevent the formation of bubbles during curing.
3. To prevent contamination of the adhesive, please do not put the removed adhesive back into the packaging bottle.
matters needing attention
Some materials, chemicals, curing agents and plasticizers can inhibit the curing of gelled materials. Pay attention to avoid contact with the following substances.
1. Organotin and other organometallic compounds;
2. Sulfur, polysulfides, polysulfides, or other sulfur-containing substances;
3. Amine, polyurethane rubber or items containing ammonia, epoxy resin with curing agent added;
4. Phosphorus or items containing phosphorus;
5. Some flux residues.
Storage conditions
This product is packaged separately A/B, with packaging specifications of 1000g/bottle for component A and 1000g/bottle for component B. We can negotiate with users to specify packaging (which can be used for transportation and storage of non hazardous materials).
Store in a cool and dry place, the product has a shelf life of 6 months. If the retest is overdue and meets the standards, it can still be used.
