It is mainly used for rapid bonding of small areas of nylon and nylon, nylon and rubber, nylon and plastic. After curing, there will be no serious hardening or brittleness. It has passed the EU REACH 191 environmental testing and meets environmental standards. Nylon material is a common material in engineering, which can be used to replace metal materials such as steel, iron, copper, etc. to make various parts, to replace worn metal parts, or to make product packaging shells to protect internal parts of products.
Nylon adhesive bonding operation steps:
1. Before using DM high-strength nylon quick drying adhesive, it is necessary to clean the dust, oil stains, rust, etc. on the two bonding surfaces;
2. Unscrew the cap of the high-strength nylon quick drying adhesive bottle, put on a PE dropper or needle, and drop a small drop of high-strength nylon quick drying adhesive onto the smaller bonding surface. Align and compact immediately;
3. Keeping it for 5-8 seconds can complete the bonding, and it takes about half an hour to reach the strength for use. It takes more than 24 hours for complete curing. DM nylon quick drying adhesive is specifically developed and produced for nylon with insufficient bonding strength. It has high concentration, fast positioning and solidification, and provides convenient production under many time constraints. After applying DM nylon quick drying adhesive, it needs to be quickly bonded or it will solidify. In this case, immediately bonding after dispensing can quickly react and solidify within 1 minute.
