3. Generally, the adhesive can be fixed within 1-60 seconds, and the adhesive cannot be separated or moved halfway, which will affect the bonding strength.
5. The appropriate amount of glue is to form a thin film after bonding. If the amount of glue is too small, the adhesive strength will be insufficient. If the amount of glue is too large, it will cure slowly and cause severe whitening.
6. If mechanical pretreatment such as grinding, sanding, sandblasting, etc. can be carried out, it will greatly optimize the adhesion surface. Elastic bonding requires a freshly cut surface to ensure perfect bonding. The talcum powder on the bonding surface should also be removed.
7. Adhesive should be applied in small quantities directly from the original container, or through other adhesive application devices such as nozzles or sprayers, drop by drop on a surface. Excessive use of adhesives should be avoided. Immediately assemble the parts and apply slight contact pressure. Until the initial fixation is completed. Ensure proper alignment of parts. Do not move parts before obtaining initial fixation.
8. The use of DM9190 stripping agent can remove cured cyanoacrylate from most substrates, allowing for disassembly of parts.

Quick drying adhesive storage instructions: Store the product in an unopened container in a cool and dry environment. The storage temperature ranges from+2 ℃ to 8 ℃.
