1、 The use of quick drying glue
1: Can bond difficult to bond materials such as silicone and glass;
2: High strength adhesion of silicone to aluminum, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel;
3: Satisfy the adhesion of silicone to difficult to bond metals such as chromium, nickel, copper, gold, silver, zinc, and their alloys. It can also bond to smooth surface materials such as ceramics, dentures, and human specimens; 5: Can bond silicone to difficult to bond electroplated materials such as chrome plating, nickel plating, and zinc plating; 6: Satisfy silicone and PC ABS、 High strength bonding of stainless steel, chrome plated, and nickel plated materials; 7: Satisfy high-strength bonding between the same plastic material or different plastic materials; 8: Satisfy the adhesion of plastic rubber materials and metal materials such as ABS, PC, PS, Acrylic, PVC, POM, PU, TPU, PET, APET, PP, POLY, Rubber, etc;
2、 Instructions for using quick drying glue:
1: Clean the surface dirt, rust, oil, and release agent of the adhesive parts, and use a clean cloth mixed with alcohol for cleaning.
2: Apply the glue onto the product and then bond the other side of the product tightly. 3: Generally, the adhesive can be fixed within 1-60 seconds, and the adhesive cannot be separated or moved halfway, which will affect the bonding strength.
4: The appropriate amount of glue is to form a thin film after bonding. If the amount of glue is too small, the adhesive strength will be insufficient. If the amount of glue is too large, it will cure slowly and cause severe whitening.
3、 Here are some reasons why some customers are prone to whitening: 1. Insufficient ventilation in the dispensing environment, quick drying glue needs to rely on moisture curing, which can easily cause whitening; 2. Excessive use of instant drying glue can easily cause whitening; 3. Failure to clean the surface before dispensing can result in moisture or dust.
4: Operator’s hands wet 5: The curing time varies for different adhesive surfaces. If the glue is not completely cured before entering the next process, the quick drying glue is still in the reaction stage and is prone to whitening.
4、 The curing principle of quick drying adhesive is in a sealed environment. The acidic stabilizer of quick drying adhesive inhibits the binding of molecules, keeping the adhesive in a liquid state without curing. When the quick drying adhesive is applied to the surface of the object to be bonded, the moisture around the bonding surface combines with the acidic stabilizer in the instant drying adhesive, and after neutralization with the acidic stabilizer in the quick drying adhesive, the monomers in the quick drying adhesive absorb the air and moisture on the surface of the adhesive, thus achieving curing.

5、 There are many types of quick drying adhesive products, including fast bonding speed, simple operation, high or low bonding strength, whitening, low viscosity, low odor, excellent anti peeling, impact and shear strength. They are commonly used for bonding materials such as plastic, silicone, rubber, metal, wood, ceramics, leather, etc. When bonding quick drying adhesive, try to increase the surface humidity of the object as much as possible, so that the quick drying adhesive can absorb more moisture and accelerate the curing speed. When the humidity cannot be increased, a quick drying glue accelerator can be used to neutralize acidic stabilizers and enhance the curing of the quick drying glue. If there is grease or insufficient cleanliness on the bonding surface, surface treatment agents can also be used to treat it first, so that the bonding surface can bond better.
